Learn more about Loreo and our policies
Last updated: Oct 12, 2025
Welcome to Loreo — a creative space where kids write stories and turn them into videos! We take your family’s privacy seriously. This section explains in simple language what information we collect, how we use it, and how parents stay in control.
We use the info to run Loreo — helping your child log in, save creations, and show their videos. We also review content to keep everyone safe and might use anonymous statistics to improve the site. We don’t sell data or show ads. Ever.
When a child publishes a story, its video becomes public for everyone to watch. Parents control what a child can share or whether stickers can be sent or received. We may share limited info with trusted services (like OpenAI for generating videos or email providers) only to provide the service.
Parents can ask us to view, edit, or delete their child’s account at any time. Just email support@loreo.kids.
We manually review every new story before it’s shared. In the future we’ll add automatic filters to help us catch private info or inappropriate content faster.
Loreo is designed for families in the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., please enjoy reading about us — but don’t use Loreo just yet.
Email us any time at support@loreo.kids. We’ll respond as soon as possible (usually it’s Ohad himself!).
