🎨 The Friendly Version (For Parents and Grown-Ups)
Hi there! Welcome to Loreo — a creative and safe place where kids aged 7–13 can write stories, turn them into videos, and share them with the world. Parents create accounts first and stay in control, so everyone can enjoy Loreo safely.
This section explains what Loreo is all about, in plain English — how your child can use it, what’s okay to post, and how we keep things safe and positive. Below this, you’ll find the official legal version (our lawyers like that part more than we do).
1. What Loreo Is
Loreo is an online storytelling space where kids write short stories, watch them come alive as videos, and share them with other kids. Parents create an account, add child profiles, and manage permissions.
2. Who Can Use Loreo
Kids aged 7–13 can participate with a parent’s help. Parents receive a confirmation link by email to verify their account and then create child accounts. Parents can control whether their child can watch videos, write stories, or send stickers.
3. What’s Okay on Loreo
- Stories should be family-friendly and positive.
- No sharing real names, addresses, or private information inside stories.
- Be kind — stickers and comments should make other kids feel good.
- Parents and moderators can remove anything that isn’t appropriate.
4. Your Stories and Videos
Kids own their stories! Loreo just helps bring them to life as videos. When you create something here, you let Loreo process and show it publicly, so others can watch and learn from it. We don’t sell it, and we don’t run ads on it.
5. Safety and Moderation
Every new account and every new story is reviewed by a real human (Ohad!) before being published. If something looks unsafe or unkind, it won’t be shown. Parents can also report any content they find concerning.
6. Service Changes
Loreo may grow and change! We’ll keep you updated when we add new features or rules. We’ll never make big changes without letting parents know.
7. Contact
Have questions? Just email [email protected]. We love hearing from parents and teachers.
